- Lead a team of planners, coordinators, and vendors to ensure operational excellence
- Liaise directly with high-profile clients, families, and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide concierge-level service
- Approve timelines, layouts, production schedules, and logistics plans
- Ensure seamless integration of rituals, events, entertainment, and hospitality
- Manage real-time crisis handling, contingency planning, and on-site decision-making
- Set quality benchmarks across guest experience, production, and team communication
Event Stylist

Key Responsibilities
- Style and curate decor elements that reflect the theme, culture, and personality of each couple
- Work closely with decorators and florists to design cohesive tablescapes, mandaps, lounges, and entryways
- Source and coordinate props, fabrics, furniture, signage, and visual accents
- Assist in creating mock-ups and visual guides for client approvals
